Unsolicited community survey for a federal member

voice message said it was a survey from local federal member giving options from 1 to 5 asking what issues were more important to me creating local jobs, protecting the environment, hospitals, education, etc.

Caller: “Local federal member”

Left a message asking me to select which issues were most important to me. i.e. roads, hospitals, schools etc. Pretty hard to make a selection from a voicemail. Then thanked me for providing the information and said it was from my local federal member.
