They should leave a message if they are a legit call.

Same message when I called back. Funny thing was they called my work mobile (which is not listed publicly nor given out to any personal accounts).....and I don't even bank with the NAB or use any of those other companies....strange!

Just had a missed call but no message left. I have now made enquiries and it seems to be a legitimate call from NAB. That said though, NAB should monitor this site and take note of the comments herein as it does come across as unprofessional and potential spam when messages aren't left. It's easy if the customer doesn't answer then NAB can send a secure message to the customers online notifications and then just leave a message to say "you have missed a call from NAB, for further details please check the notifications area through your online banking"

This number is from the National Australia Bank. They tried my mobile number then my work number and I picked up. An actual person was on the other end. It was just a marketing/survey call to see if I was happy with my service and if I needed anything. No personal information was requested.

This number is from the NAB making calls out to customers re. Home Loans / Credit Card offers, Frauds trans. etc.
They don't leave messages but you can reach them on 13 22 65 and ask about reason for the phone call.
Not a spam number.

Got a call from this number, it was the National Bank trying to offer me an increase in my credit card limit. Annoying, but not as pushy as other banks, said not interested and that was that, no follow up questions.

I don't know how it's legitimate when they let the phone ring twice and that's it. I tried to pick up on the second ring and no-one there. I'm not calling them back.

I am contacted by this number and sounds like any other SCAM. NAB should investigate how people use this number to get private information from customers for a feedback.
As soon as I told that bitch to confirm who she is and tell exactly about my profile, she failed.

Yes - NAB. I called back after getting a missed call and it went to a recorded message stating "You've reached the NAB group of companies' which includes nab, MLC, UBank, Aviva and Plum... "

I got a call from Same number (03) 8870 7000, this morning regarding my credit limit increase. I am unsure about the call source. So i checked in google and found out so many people commented as it is a spam. I made a call to customer care and find out that it was not a spam call. It was a real call from them and they have increased my credit limit.

I've received a couple of calls from this number. A message is never left. If it really is the NAB, they have my address and can send a letter.
