Yes me too.... Been with them for in excess of 18 years (with a 3 month break). Went in to ask them to help me and the girl was severely unhelpful basically telling me she couldn't do anything about my cover someone in head office would need to call me back?? Conveniently Medibank is situated right next door, so I walked out of Bupa and into Medibank who are now my new Health Insurance provider. I do however have no misconceptions that Medibank are going to be a wonderful scrupulous company to deal with...insurance companies are all the same! Well, except RACV (Home Contents, building and Car Insurance's) I have to sing their praises because I have never had a problem with any claim they are helpful, caring, respectful and come to the party every time without exception. Pity they don't do Heath Insurance...I'd sign up in a flash...Very happy with RACV!

I have been getting calls from this number a couple times a day. Not answered. They don't leave a message. Thought it might be BUPA as I recently changed my health insurance because they have become so expensive. After reading the above comments I am now going to block the number.

They said nothing then hung up, I have also recently cancelled a policy, price went up and things it covered were being removed, on top hospital cover, taken away, hip and knee replacements and spinal fusion and lots more.

I joined Bupa 2008.
They have never called me until recently.
I cancelled Bupa May 2018, and all of a sudden, they started calling me.

They only want to know you once u want to leave them. Same with any utility companies.

I to got a call from Bupa after we changed providers. I said hello twice. They hung up.

I cancelled my insurance with Bupa with a cancellation form via post. They are now nonstop texting and calling to discuss the cancellation. There is nothing to talk about.

Keeps calling every day and when I pick up it always starts ringing at the other end as though I have called them. I hang up straight away.

Picked up the phone and it started to ring at the other end as though I’d called them! Ive recently changed healthcare insurance from Bupa & seeing others messages presume it was them. New health cover said I don’t need to speak to them as they are taking care of the change over.
