Called me regarding my Complaint then messaged me to call back. The only problem I had was the 1300 number I called they didn't talk on the other end. I could hear them breathing and didn't respond to me. After 3 calls later a lady answered and said the guy I needed to talk to had gone on a lunch break.

Regarding my complaint to the TIO about the cyber attack that has also affected me. I'm sorry but warning and proof that they are legit would be better than a random number calling!! I will never trust any phone call!! Due to this breach!!

This is Optus regarding an issue I have. However as I don't answer unknown numbers I didn't answer. So I now have to wait for them to call back. Tomorrow?

Missed call, then text saying it was Ginika from Optus Resolution team and they'd call back in 2 days or I can email them

2 calls from this number that I couldn't hear anyone on the other end. 3rd call advised they were Optus technical support for an issue I'd logged earlier in the day and the details checked out.

The number is genuine I had Optus issues especially NBN this number contacted me and resolved my issues

I received a call from 91743000 named Richa saying they were a customer resolution expert. I reached out to optus on 133937 to see if it was a hack. They confirmed saying that the number is legit and that it was from optus.

But i don't know who to believe anymore given the cyberattack

Indian man left a message was difficult to understand...but he was returning my call from two days ago regarding the cyberattack, he is going to ring back in two more days.

I called Optus service number 133937 earlier re my email issue. The guy from Optus promised to call me back. He did, couple of hours later, using this number (02) 9174 3000.

Doesn't leave a message. I am a victim of the data breach so on high alert. Have reached out to Optus via secure chat but they didn't confirm that it is Optus.

Calling and with some background conversations. Muted the call and if it was a valid one, they would introduce themselves and some validation that they are calling with a valid purpose.
