f*cken Indian accent guy calling. It is a scam . Vodaph said it is not their number. Vdaph advised me to block this number. Hate India people. They should stop fooling Australians and stay in their f*cken countries ...bloody liars and cheaters .

SCAMMER ALERT ~ Wanted 4 digit code stating it was Vodafone. Couldn't speak basic English couldn't answer questions about Vodafone. Poor representation for Vodafone if not a scammer.......ie. bring call centres back to Australia for real customer service

Same as above comments. Claiming to be from Vodaphone. Asked me to read the text message. Asked me for PIN. As I get almost daily scam calls from India with numbers masked as Australian I was not prepared to take the risk. If this really is Vodaphone as some comments insist, it is an appalling way to do business. Sadly the scammers have ruined it for India as a call centre hub, and until their government take action (which they could do if willing and not corrupt), I for one will not be taking calls from that country.
On the subject of texts with offers from Vodaphone, they are far too frequent and intrusive. I'll be looking for another phone provider.
