This number called me twice and I didnt answer. I can see from the messages on here that it is a scam via Vodafone...something seems very odd though, as I had called them earlier today about my phone plan... Caller: (02) 9015 3555
Some Indian guys asking me for my pin. So I said 'Bye' which was quite polite of me considering the proposal.
Left a voicemail i could barely understand. Knew my name but didn't announce themselves so only know they are possibly from Vodafone from this site. Left a number to call back their 'customer service' which I couldn't understand. They want to look after my needs. 🤣 Guess I miss out then. Oh dear Caller: Call Centre
It is a scam. They said they were from Vodafone and said i had requested a call back. I didnt request a call back and i disconnected from them after someone hacked my account and ordered a new phone under my name. They asked me for my full name and pin number - probably so they could scam me again (it was defiantely an inside job). I told the lady i wasnt with vodafone and to never call my number again. she apologised and said she wouldnt.
I've been getting calls from this number EVERYDAY for the past WEEK! Finally decided to just block them after reading the experiences here. So annoying!! called me at 4:54 in the morning! if they are from Vodafone call centre in India, they should be aware when the people from Australia are sleeping. Caller: (02) 9015 3555
The Vodafone website promotes this number as being their own number. So it is legit. Look for yourselves. https://www.vodafone.com.au/support/contact/customer-care
It’s vodafone... he forgot to read me a privacy statement and he called back, he was able to quote specific things we discussed in our prior conversation
Vodafone callback When I answered got background noise only, so hung up. They rang back immediately when I was talking to a customer. I had to hang up 3 times in a row before they stopped. It is vodafone customer care Caller: (02) 9015 3555 claiming to be Vodafone
Caller (Male from India) claiming to be from Vodafone. Because my plan is nearly up, he said he wants to give me a better deal. They have also sent a text to verified that they are from Vodafone. So I gave him my PIN (Silly me), but he was a bit pushy with the offer so I said I need to check with other offers out there before I decide. So he said can I call you when you have done your research. Once I've read info on this site, I rang Vodafone and changed my PIN. Vodafone has also confirmed that "(02) 9015 3555" is not their number. But on the Vodafone website, it is a legit number ??? "https://www.vodafone.com.au/support/contact/customer-care" . I don't know what to believe anymore. But to be safe don't give them any information when asked as you don't know if they are legit or not.
Its Vodafone, i asked them to verify that they are actually Vodafone. He sent me a TXT and i received it to where i usually get my Vodafone TXT from.
Then I called Vodafone after and they can verify that TXT was sent from the same system at the exact same time as well. It's a way for them to verify themselves.
This is legitimate. He called me to offer me a better deal on my mobiles and ended up saving me heaps of money. They ask for your pin to access your acccount and have all your details. he never asked me for money and when i said i wasnt ready to sign up yet he said thats fine you can go to any vodafone store for the same offer.. Yes he was indian but all was good. not a scam

Tried to call me three times. Each time, being an area code which is not relevant to anyone I know or want to call me, I hung up within microseconds. Persistent scammer. Do not engage. If it's anyone important, surely they know your mobile number and can call on that!
then why would you bother looking up the number on reverse, if you were 100% it was legit. are you a scammer? Caller: An operator from Vodafone
I called to cancel my Vodafone Internet and everything went well. In repeated occasions the operator told me that the whole process was over and if I had any other questions. To what I asked: is everything done? And he replied Yes. A couple of minutes later he called me requesting my PIN Number to finish the cancellation process. I asked why you need that I can’t tell you my PIN. And the idiot went and asked: well I’m gonna need your full name, driver license, and date of birth. To what I said NO. Then he said trust me I’m from Vodafone. That last comment did it for me and I said thank you I’ll go to a Vodafone shop and restart the cancellation process again.
Total scam of course!!! At Vodafone shop they told the cancellation was processed so he was obviously using Vodafone phone number to commit fraud. Watch out people scammers with an Indian accent! No offence.
Same number as all above but left a voice mail saying they will send an arrest warrant if I don’t call them back immediately!! Caller: Vodafone
This is Vodafone, I called them for help with setting up my voicemail and this is the number they called from to leave me a voicemail to make sure it was working.
It is a legitimate Vodafone call. I had an enquiry and got cut-off. Vodafone called back on (02) 9015 3555
