I left a call back on the phone when i called as the wait time was oo lomg.

They called back on this number, asked for no personal details and had my issue logged already from my previous conversation.

This number is not a scam as I phoned Vodafone to complain about receiving marketing ads on my mobile. I was in line but did not want to wait in que so clicked to get call back on my landline which they called back and this was there number. They also have called in the past with different plans. They do have different phone numbers when they call. There are a lot of scammers who claim to be from Vodafone so never give out your credit card details or your pin number if you have not called Vodafone on there site and logged in.

I received a call from this number a few days ago as i had reported an issue with vodafone.

It was a legitimate call, they did disclose that they were not going to request any information from myself, only that they were informing me of when the network outages will be fixed in my area so my internet can speed back up and if i wanted to change my plan they could transfer me to the sales team.

Called to offer 20% off for 3 months...sent pin via the legit vodaphone number. Please check your email, we had an email from vodaphone confirming an order for 2 iPhones with $188 plan each being shipped to another part of Australia which we had not ordered. Contacted Vodaphone and they have asked us to complete a fraud application

Indian male calling about my Vodafone plan. Needed my PIN number for verification of who I was... um... no? Then said he'd send me a text to verify who he was and that the call was recorded. I said if he was offering me a deal, they have my email address on their account and could send that through, otherwise, not interested. Seemed dodgy.

This is really poor form asking for a pin on an incoming call. This opens up validity for scammers to do the same. Vodafone should never do this.

They have called me 16 times in the past week, including five times today.

I have blocked their number but I still receive a missed call sms every time they try.

I think it was Vodafone. I called them earlier to cancel a pre-paid SIM. The number and left a voicemail, but it was blank. There was no message at all. Not sure if scam or not.

While I believe this to be legitimate (*), it's a nuisance call from a very motivated salesman trying to sell me on a plan I don't need, w/offer of a tablet I don't need.... (*) I refused to confirm my PIN, but separately got a legitimate TXT from vodafone confirming I would be getting the call.

This number is safe. It's from Vodafone technical support. I have been waiting for the follow up call after I had a problem with my phone settings.
When you call it back, message clearly says it's Vodafone and they will call again, follow by a miss call message.
It's not a scam

This is a legitimate call from Vodafone as this time they had sent a message few days before advising that they would be calling from this number. Although when i got the call i was a bit vary and didn't give them any correct information. then I checked the number from the sms i had and it matched. SO the next time they called from another number ending in 3555 which seemed to be from Vodafone and it was same guy from earlier. Just the annoying part was that he asked for all my information which I was not 100% sure to give. SO after around 30 mins on the call i disconnected. Then later just to confirm I called Vodafone Customer service and asked them they had contacted me or not. The lady confirmed that that was indeed a legitimate call as she could see the notes from him. Next day the guy called again and this time I gave all the information and now my plan has been upgraded and all is well :)
