Caller: NBN

A lady named 'Amy' called me stating my home internet NBN has been compromised by a 3rd party. there was A LOT of background noise, i was suspicious.
When i questioned her, i asked to speak with her supervisor. I was connected to 'James' and when began questioning him he disconnected the call.
When i called back i got a dial tone - disconnected.
Definitely a scam!

too many scam call, spam email or spam messages these days. In the past one year, I have blocked up to 400 numbers, (amazing. I count the blocked number from my phone, long lists) , local numbers (actually calling from overseas) , overseas numbers (UK most, NZ, France, Italy, Nigeria, etc) never ended. I BLOCKED THESE NUMBERS. AND THEY WILL USE NEW NUMBERS TO CALL ME. UNTIL THEY HAVE NO RESOURCES TO CONTACT ME AGAIN.

Just received a call from this number on my mobile - mobile actually marked it "reported as scam".

The phone pegged it as spam, so I waited to see if a message would be left, and when it wasn't, that served as further confirmation of it's "spamness". 😁

Robot talking, they will disconnect my broadband, and I don't have any broadband account. These scammers will call to any numbers, fishing, and see who will be hooked.

Call came in on this number with Liverpool as the source. I do not pick up unless I recognise the number. After doing a lookup of this number I see that it is a scam number

Message left says they're from Ebay and have just debited my account for $299 for a new i-phone. Scammers. Number blocked and reported.

Yet again rang and left no message. Honestly reading the other comments about Amazon do people really fall for these in the 21st century after so many reports.
