Called me but hung up

Automated voice claiming to be from EBay

Caller: Fake eBay purchase

Answered and a message said there was an unauthorised transaction on my eBay account Pressed 1 and played dumb, let the Indian guy talk for 5 minutes. Started asking if I had access to a computer or smartphone at which time I fobbed him off. If I had more time I would have strung him along for even longer.

Caller: Spam caller

Called, I answered the call without saying anything. They hung up within a couple of seconds. On the iPhone it said the call was from Liverpool.

Caller stating that my account will be debited for an Ebay purchase. I have not purchased anything on Ebay for years. To please confirm.
Scammer.

I called backed and got an engaged signal. Now blocked after reading reviews here

Recorded message said they were from Ebay and $200 was coming out of my account - scam scam scam

Automated message saying they were from eBay, got as far as saying something about an authorisation for a purchase of $500 before I hung up. Same number has called me 6 times in the space of 1 hour, now blocked

Said they were from eBay and had a request to draw $299 from my account. Scam. I don’t deal online

Have rang me a few times I answered once and they immediately hang up, I haven’t called back as assuming scam

Did not pick up - third unknown caller today

Automated call, Amazon Prime - auto renewing at $99. I hung up.

A scam - Prime is unlikely to contact me in this this manner.

Genuine Australian number. A recorded message telling me that my NBN connection was going to be cut off.
