so annoying that they ring every hour and start at 0830. it states an important message for (name of person) and to press 1 ... just hang up or don't answer at all. also shows as no ID caller. don't know who it is

Trivial issue around timing of the automatic payment. Wish they’d just leave a message. I identify myself. On my mobile number. Good chance it’s me.

It's Buyers Edge and it's actually not a bad idea to pick it up as it gives you the option to extend your due date if youre falling behind with your repayments as it happens to many of us.It's automated so all you need to do is press the appropriate options.Otherwise tbey will keep calling or send you a default letter which you don't want.Hope this helps.

Scam.

Called back and it said that they were "Latitude Finance". Latitude goes by a different name. Called Latitude, gave them the number that called me (02) 8070 2244 -- was told that was not a number from them.

Be careful, people.

Automated service regarding credit card fees. You don't have to talk to them if you don't want. There are options to pay fees with a representative now, pay within 7 days, or speak to Latitude about financial hardship.
