Caller: Latitude Finance (formerly GE, Harvey Norman interest free etc) You're overdue, answer the call, listen to the message, pay the overdue or call them to make a payment arrangement. Typical auto-calling system that ALL Australian financial institutions use for small overdue amounts. Just answer the phone!

Constant calls from this number- I never answer,have blocked number, but note 75% spam rating, and now know it's GE MONEY from previous complainants above( after local management buyout, its now called Latitude...) I have a card of many years standing, but DO NOT have money owing/overdue on it....etc,etc...

This is a finance company, most likely 1 week or so behind a payment, what I find so frustrating is that they do not leave a message even an 'automated' one to advise 'Sir/Madam, we have noticed you have not made a recent payment' - I was a week late when receiving the calls and silent number, no option to return call so didn't realise? Luckily the penny dropped and paid my account, but had I message initially I would have paid right away.
So if receiving these calls, you are likely behind in a payment (most likely a credit card)

Latitude Finance. They call and want to confirm name. I called Latitude and asked why I was being called, but they asked for my personal details. Not going to happen. I asked them to remove me from marketing calls - they indicated that they would - still receiving calls. I will cancel my cards with this mob when it suits me. I also asked to speak to marketing dept,, they claimed they did not have one.... bollocks.

same as everybody they are persistent, first came up as a private number the as 02 0702244. They wanted to confirm my ID, I went as far as given my date of birth and address, then they asked about my last 4 pin numbers on my credit card that when I hung up.

They are driving me nuts. They start calling before I even get the invoice now. They don’t even give you the chance to pay the bill which I have already paid the day before the calls started but it obviously hasn’t shown on their end yet. They shouldn’t be allowed to call until you are at least a week late on the bill.
