how does it show no caller ID when we are talking about a call from the number (02) 8070 2244?

Really 17 missed calls on my mobile in one day from this number. All because I am 9 days late with a payment due to ill health and no sick pay to fall back on. I mean geeeeez really.

I get called from this number day and night but no message is ever left on my iPhone just 30 seconds of silence. Annoying and unprofessional

There is an electronic message saying to press 1, I did, identified as Latitude finance, continued and the machine started asking personal questions then I hung up. When I called back that number there was a message saying that this number is disconnected, please check the number. What is this? Is this a debt collector or a prank?
