Caller: Optus It's an automated service checking on whether you've paid your bill. Just either say that 'you' are not available and it'll stop calling. Just check that you're up to date with fees and they'll stop calling!

Caller: Optus Self Service Have had a lot of trouble with Optus over the past two months as someone has stolen my identity and has been purchasing new Apple Pro Max iPhone's using my information and I keep getting constant messages about overdue bills etc. I was only aware that these phones were purchased under my name because of the messages I have been getting.

Caller: Optus They call you when you haven't paid your bill recently, etc etc. They might be spamming but it's best to check that you've paid any outstandings rather than worry too much.
