Caller: Optus I used to have multiple Optus accounts, but am now down to just one because I simply can't handles their "service and support". Sadly I made an error in judgement and gave them my telstra mobile number as a contact when trying to resolve a technical issue with the one remaining Optus account, and of course they now use that number to bother me with robocalls if they deem a bill is overdue on the one optus account I have left. I spent 14 minutes asking their off shore operators to cease using the number, but they refuse. It seems to be some kind of sport for them I think.

Caller: Don't know As far as I understand the calls have done either by Optus or call centre that bully customers for unpaid.bills and use threats and demands make sure one goes over the data cap to take more money and need be. Roughy back into as they don't have mutual agreement on paying unstanding bills it's your paying $100 a week then demand the next bill payed when one on jebseemer payments As have the selr serve text. And just replied back demanding the next bill payed as well and only received it today ax
