Scammer saying that I got illegal activity under my name and my tax file number is getting suspended and a arrest warrant is going to happen.

Hung up as soon as I said ’hello’.

Checked here instead of calling back.

I’d go with the consensus here - appears to be a scam (tax).

This number is attached to mobile as well 0433 860 705, rang first then the scam call 10 secs later.

Told him my name was Detective Inpector d*ck Smith from the federal police. He laughed and then called me a piece of sh*t. I’m guessing he’s not really from the taxation dept.
but I’m the piece of sh*t, when he’s trying to swindle people out of their money. Haha

Comes up as 'potential fraud'. When you try and call back (on private number) it doesn't ring. Just hangs up.

scammer - said my tax number will be disabled if I didn't pay fine. Name was Calvin. Sounded indian.
