Male voice from 'Services Australia', an issue with my tax - I hung up and blocked number

Caller: Scam - ATO

Same - tax file number suspended due to suspicious activity - arrest warrant has been issued. Laughed at him and he hung up.

Scammer asking for TFN and said arrest warrant was issued. Sounded Australian.

With everyone reporting this idiot surely the phone company or government should be taking action to the daily harrassment we are receiving from these scammers

Phone suggested it was a potential fraud so did not answer call.

Called, I didn't answer and they left no message.
They called back a few hours later - delay before any voice - started out as an obvious scam/legal threat - hung up.

indian scammer, don't pick up, don't give any info. will just move on to someone else

Calls multiple times a day. Hung up when I answered. Tried ringing back, but phone line was engaged.

As others have said, an Indian accented person claiming to be from the ATO and going to issue a warrant for my arrest if I didn't pay a tax debt, blah, blah, blah. Why are all the scammers Indian accented? And how to do they our personal mobile numbers?

Received scam call from this number to my business number. DO not answer if call comes in from this number.
