NBN will be cut off I do not take action to respond to the message by selecting numbers on the phone. I have received similar messages in the past and ignored them. My NBN is still connected.

Called to say that there was suspect transactions on my CBA account ( I Dont have CBA accounts). I went along with this. They said there was transactions totalling some $5,000. that they wold reverse. To do this they wanted me to log into and website called www.anydesk.com. I said i will do this but just played dumb and said its not working, she became a little annoyed at me as i was taking too much time to do this simple action. I said i hope no one else tries to steal my money whilst i am trying to log into this, I made her wait anither 5 minutes. By now she is really getting Pi$$7d off with me. I asked her not be annoyed i am trying my best. she said its frustrating i cant follow basic instructions. I said i just cant understand how anyone could be so cruel so as to deliberatly steal money from innocent people. She still told me to hurry and get it done. At this point the fun was over i told her i think ive sorted it out, great she said... yes the problem is I dont have any CBA accounts and you are a thief, she promptly told me to F off and hung up. What a charmer. :)
