To say legal experts say rixon will go to jail for sure is hilarious, what so called legal expert would say that without reading the brief of evidence. its hilarious how delusional and dumb this person must be. To burst the bubble it may not even get to hearing as one of the witness is now going back on what they say, a lot of bullsh*t being spoken here and no fact!

Rixon has court on both the 30th of April and the 1st of May, It has been confirmed by legal experts he will now get jail about time. I suggest Rixon buys a chastity belt

Further evidence has been provided to fair trading that Rixon was trading in NSW in February this year. His contractors have provided fair trading with all the evidence needed. Rixon is digging a deeper and deeper hole.

Well if his getting lots of work we shouldn't be as his banned from doing it also his got a ban on his drivers licence still a bankrupt loser & wanker

Ive watched Mr Rixon from a far and kept my eye on him. like him or hate him as most on here do you have to admire that out of all the charges he faced only 10 minor ones in Newcastle where proven and he pretty well got off with nothing, not to say hes innocent but he has really prevailed against the police and FTD. Most if not all he has defended himself so yes you would expect him to learn and he should go into the legal field. He is far from a saint but the media has built this up so much over all the cases it involves less than 6k. How much money has the police and Fair Trading wasted and come up with nothing really. A friend of mine was taken for 43k at argenton. Kevin Mchalis from Newcastle Fair Trading done nothing except send the guy a letter yet he pursued Rixon over such a small amount. Im told he was embarrassed he didn't identify Rixon sooner and now is obsessed with him as Rixon is constantly beaten them. Dosnt help my friend and the others. Maybe its time Kevin left FTD as he is incompetent.

Here is the facts on RIXON, these are from the court and the true outcomes. Also back in 2013 Rixon was find 52k not 72k another miss truth the media has spun.

NSW Local Court Cases:
Cessnock Fraud- September 2014 Dismissed
Newcastle Fraud- October 2014- 10 Charges Dismissed 10 Charges Guilty- ordered to do 225 hours concurrent with 300 hours sentenced by Supreme Court ( Means the 225 are included in the 300) Im told by the court this is now under appeal.
Gosford- Fraud- October 2014- Dismissed
AVO Breach- October 2014- Dismissed
North Sydney Court Fraud November 2014- Dismissed
Downing Centre Court- November- 2014- Dismissed
Downing Centre 23rd March 2015- Withdrawn/Dismissed
* In total 86 Charges have been dismissed or thrown out of Court only 10 stuck

NSW Supreme Court:
Sentenced to 300 hours and 18 month suspended sentence, Judge was corrected as he could not sentence twice on one offense, the suspended sentence was withdrawn and only 300 hours of community service applied. NO Suspended Sentence. No Current cases before court except a mention to correct facts. Should be known the main reason rixon didn't go to jail was because fair trading stuffed up the order meaning the judge couldn't. Also this is civil matter meaning no criminal conviction. Because of the Judges mistake if rixon goes before the court again for this it is unlikely he would get any jail as the court cannot not impose.

ACT Matters:
Driving Offenses x 2= 2 year good behaviour bond
IPO= Appealed and given 50 hours of community service to be done in NSW

Rixon confirmed in court today he currently lives in Tweed Heads, He advised the judge he isn't working in NSW, however the group actively trying to put Rixon behind bars have contacted both NSW & QLD fair trading so they know his where abouts. Detective Barr also knows where his located therefore Rixon needs to look over his shoulder. Cant wait until the 24th of this month 3rd offence jail is close.

I suggest when Rixon leaves jail he should become a lawyer.... why you say? Well a man cant spend that much time in court without picking up legal proceeding skills LOL HAHAHAHAHA. Expensive way to learn though HEHEHAHAHAH

Well it appears that was correct. Karen Blandon confirm she did kill her young child. Maybe I would have sympathy for her except she has used this site to defame Matthews father with false allegations, she has also done this to people around him. She has Facebook stalked myself and other friends of his. It seems this poor creature really needs a life perhaps if she paid more attention to get own affairs instead of causing trouble the incident 25 years ago might have been prevented. Turns out Rixon is bankrupt & so broke he represents himself in court as he cant a afford a lawyer, he is also getting on his knees and blowing the land lord as he cant afford rent. What a sad life Rixon now lives, he isn't even 30 yet what a great life he will have............ I prefer he doesn't go to jail that makes it harder for rixon to find a roof over his head, in jail everything will be free for him.
