In Canberra last week Rixon was before the courts having he's ACT matters overturned, he was asked about the current charges in Queensland of which he responded. " Miss Fogarty is a single mum on a low wage we works part time, the allegations alleged by her are out of revenge and no evidence has been provided. I will be strongly defending the charges if they even get to court as in there current form they have no future or possible way of being proven"
The court was really interested in the Queensland matters and grilled him for about twenty minutes. apparently Rixon has been granted orders in NSW against Gaby Forgarty and there is five civil cases. It went on to hear that Gabriel Fogarty is a compulsive liar and fraud. Evidence was given to show Gabriel Fogarty had for up to 15 months prior separating from her partner at the time Darren O'keefe slowly took over $40,000.00 out of there account without him knowing and possibly still does not know to date. The matter was adjourned until this Wednesday the 2/11/2015

I feel sorry that Rixon and Gabriel Fogarty have gone down this path. They seemed like such a good couple. I especially feel for her because the next six to twelve months are going to be hell for. He will through all he has at the court cases and being a person who has been grilled by his barrister its not pretty. From what I have heard chances are he will be acquitted then the police turn on her like they did me. Stay strong Gabriel but beware this is not going to be easy for you.

Rixon's ex girlfriend has taken out a AVO against rixon for stalking her, no surprise he has court in august & September for the matter, further court dates on the 23rd September & more in December that I know of, WOW if only you got paid for being summoned to court Rixon would be wealthy LOL

Rixon we are counting down the months, we know you delayed the court proceedings because you didn't have representation that's because you are broke therefore represented yourself. December cant come quick enough, we aren't to worried about the court case in Brisbane in September they are minor but my friend is a lawyer they said jail time awaits you in December. Best thing you do is buy a piece of rope and hang yourself you wouldn't last in jail because no matter what you offer them in jail they will still f*ck you up as money or anything else you offer them will be no use to hardened criminals in jail. Rixon has commenced legal action against Queensland police. He will be enemy number one now. Also Gaby Fogarty had her home raided by police in relation to fraud offense's. Looks like its on now

This would be at least the third girl Matthew has conned into hanging out with him. Eventually the girl works out what sort of a liar and thief he is and gets rid of him. Matt then goes a bit nuts, takes out AVOs, then phones and harrasses them through multiple methods. Like pretending to be a police officer and get them evicted.
