I rang 1800 046 405 and spoke with man who stated that he worked for Trend Micro. My query related to Trend Micro settings on my mobile. To assist me with this query he redirected me to allow him access to my laptop in order to view and alter the settings on my mobile.
I disconnected the call.

I Had same number as well I was installing Kaspersky on my laptop and then suddenly I had problems and thought I was on kasperksy help desk and they put malware bytes on my laptop and I found kaspesky number on a card and asked them they told me they are not support for Kaspersky and to remove the program (thank god I didn't give them my debit card numbers to them at the time I told them I couldn't afford to pay) so now they are constantly ringing me(now blocked) and emailed me tonight to pay them. numbers given are 1800 244 918 and 1800 046 405 (02) 8355 7878

Same issue as above except it was a Kaspersky Support Centre

This is a scam phone number when performing a Bing search for Avast support. They will do the standard access your PC, tell you there is a million things wrong with it and that they are the only ones that can fix it.
