This number has rung several time now got no idea what the message was and don`t care, so much for the Do Not Call Register, another crap idea by the Government.

Same as above, someone needs to do something about this. TELSTRA it is your system please put a stop to this nonsense.

It is a scam!

I had an app open for recording and locating a call at the time. I thought is was the person I was supposed to be receiving a call from however it was an Indian sounding guy doing a "postcode" survey.

The number belongs to an address is Kenwick WA. However the call was not coming from there, it wasn't coming from WA. I reported the call to the AFP.

Australia post I'm guessing.. This number has been calling me for weeks and I keep missing the call..I signed up with Aust post for a new service they have with parcel post. So it would mKe sense if it was them

person identified as Australia Post have had call twice in 5 days, hung up on them - I have saved the number and "blocked" it

Scammers!! Use this trick: tell them your blind and you need your service dog to help you. Ask them if that's okay (they will say yes) then wait a couple of seconds and start barking savagely into the receiver until they hang up. OR alternately; pretend your a telemarketer and try and sell them sometime like viagra. Works every time :)

Just tried to call me but I didn't answer.
Tried calling the number and like everybody else it says disconnected.
Pretty sure it's a Darwin number.
If they try and call again I'm gonna answer and if it is scammers abuse the f*ck out of them.

Wednesday afternoon this number called asking me if I was from postcode 6027 (i'm not) - when I told them this they asked me what my postcode actually was.....
I hung up -

Received another call on Friday and didn't answer, when I called back not 1 minute later, the number was disconnected.

Didn't recognise number so it let it ring out. Tried to call back but says disconnected. Seems dodgy

this number called, said he was Omar?/ from Australia Post and wanted to ask questions about our service. I hung up and then called the number and got the recorded message that said this number was unavailable.

Just had a called from 94476498 & have blasted Telstra out for allowing these no callers to come through when you are on a no call list. I also put the number on twitter too.

I received a phone call from a lady with a male voice on the background, when I answered they hung up. I tried to look this number up and it appeared to be some sort of telemarketing stint..

Seems it's the night for scammers ... just had CALL .... number displayed (08) 9447 6498 ... foreign male says he was from Australian postcode survey group, based in Phillipines with their head office in Varsity Lakes QLD. SCAMMERS ARE ON THE PROWL TONIGHT ..... JUST ADDED ANOTHER 4 NUMBERS TO MY BLOCKED CALLERS LIST.

This number calls at the same time every day. When I try to return the call (to see who it is) it states that the number is not connected???? I find it very annoying, especially when I am waiting for important calls. I too am on the DNC register. Some how I think this register is where these people get our phone numbers from because I don't give mine out

Same as everyone else. Calls a lot. I don't answer the phone during the day. I do *10# after to see who it was. Very annoying as i'm on the do not call register too. But i have been told that you need to keep updating it. They will find a way to get through anyway.

I have contacted telstra after receiving 14 calls in 2 days. They put a trace on my phone they advised that the numbers calling where through the internet and they can't stop them and that's why they can by pass the do not call
