called my mobile, when I rang them back there is no answer. I am assuming its another spam.

Definitely scammer got message from my voice-mail saying it's about my criminal case f*ck that!I didn't even kill a mosquito😂

Hung up almost straight away. If you're in legal trouble, it seems obvious that I would not be called by that kind of voice.

I answered the call but it was a recorded message telling me this is Australia Tax Department. Your Tax File Number was invovled in a legal case. press 1 to continue. sh*t nasty.

rang here same thing lies about some legal department and saying police charges in QLD.

they call asking can you do a small survey it always sound like a indian person calling they call from a diffrent number each time the phone numbers i have received from are (02) 4051 0278 other number is (08) 6365 0486 they have rung me about twenty time do not give them any infirmation it is a scam record the time date and number report it to the accc do not give them information hang up and report it if you are unsure hang up and ring them back the number will not connect so you will know its a scam as they are using fake numbers every call i have received sound like the same person report it to the accc and your tel co provider the more people that report the more chance the accc will take it serious

Not sure who it was from as my voicemail answered it and recorded part of a recorded machine message with a male voice claiming I'd be arrested if I didn't comply. I'd deleted the message . The callers phone number was (08) 6365 0486

Answered the phone and they hung up got a call from 0404 490 116 first and then this (08) 6365 0486 immediately

ATO “suspicious activity and an arrest warrant is being put out” honestly do people fall for this!?

Told me my tax file number was 'suspended' becuase of illegal activity and there was an arrest warrant for me. When transferred I was sked to give my name and last 4 digits of Tax file number. I said didn't have those details they hung up!

I missed the call, tried ringing back but only heard beeping. Reading other peoples complaints about ato & criminal cases and I've had both of those types of calls before from other numbers
