Finally searched (08) 6228 4013 came across this site thanks... a few months ago rang and got a hang up then every couple of weeks.... but they’ve amped things up over the last few (late 2018) weeks for whatever reason.. never leave a message... im just going to block the number.

This number phoned 6 times in a row and when I ring back answers and hangs up immediately

Caller claimed to represent Telstra. Rang about a complaint they had received about my mobile telephone number. Stated the persons name who made the complaint whom I did not know and have never called. When I said "I had never heard of that person" Caller ended the call. I work for a branch of Government. This is not the correct complaints process. The voice was female with an Asian emphasis there were also a number of other aspects that were unusual about the call.

They called me and asked for my telstra account password straight away and I said "you guys arnt telstra are you" they said they were but when I kept saying they are not and they do calls for telstra. .they  admitted they are not And I said im not giving my account password they said they just want to help sort out my account which goes over capped allowance.. I said my account is fine... I added the number to my call reject list on my mobile

This number here is a company called tsa. They do some of the out bound calling for telstra e.g complaints-welcom calls ect. They do have issues with their service calls not connecting and so forth but are actually calling about telstra services. And they are mostly aussie which is a change compared to the over seas calls I get alot.

Got a call from this number offering a better internet/phone plan. Two weeks later they ring to tell me I am not eligible.  When I rand Telstra thei said there was no note of these calls on my file.

I received a call from a Telstra rep on this number telling me the unauthorised charges were to be sorted out and nobody ever got back to me. If anyone calls you from this number make sure to ask for a telephone reference number of the call.

Well finally after a little over six months after threatening to go to the Communication Ombudsman I have had someone from Telstra call me on that number that rings your mobile then hags up before you can answer, you know the number it is (08) 6228 4012, I would have spoken with no less than a dozen people all saying the same thing,  "yes we will fix that for you and credit your account, just pay the full amount and we will show you the credit on your next bill, Bla bla bla, that never happens.

its happening to me RIGHT NOW GRRRRrrrrrrr, I'm so frustrated right now they gave me another number so it will be quick for me and it dosnt work AAARRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH..
