7 calls from this number in the last 3 days. 3 of them after 6pm in the evening.
Usually only rings 2 or 3 times and then stops.
Number showing on caller ID is: (08) 6217 2710.

This morning (Fri, 27-07-12)10.36am I answered. A male voice spoke (trying to sound quite authoritative. He kept pressing for me to confirm my identity (which I wouldn't do until he told me what call was about).
He said he was from Telstra - and it was just a courtesy call to make sure I was happy with all of my services.
???!!!
ALARM BELLS (I thought)- Telstra don't do that!
He then rattled off what were supposedly my 'services' - he quoted the wrong amount of landline numbers and internet services we don't have!???
When I questionned 'what' the call was for again - he said 'That's OK. If you're all happy - we'll just leave you in peace then" - CLICK - he hung up.
I tried calling the number where the call purportedly originated from - It rang once and then I got the disconnected (or engaged) signal..???

I have been having this number call daily. I refuse to answer numbers I don't know. I am on DNC so why still get these calls...

This is a telco group calling about any Telstra products or services that could be of interest. There is an option to opt out of receiving these calls and goes into talking about Australia's do not call register etc. It is not a scam so just call it back and opt out.

Same as everyone else here. Rang, no one on the other line.

Called me as well - same story - 3 rings and a hang up, no message, and when I call back says its TSA. Which I assume means Telstra is giving out my number!

Has called 4 business days in a row, 2 rings each time. When you call the number back, an automated system says that you missed a call from TSA Telco Group regarding Telstra products and services. I tried calling the number back to be removed from the list, though didn't want to waste my time and money staying on hold.

This number has called my mobile twice but hangs up after only ringing once or twice..

Have had multiple missed calls from this number most even to short to pick up

Just had a call from this number. When I answered, there was nothing on the other end of the line. I said "Hello?" three times, then hung up. When I called the number, I got a voice automated response saying they were TSA Telco Group and wanted to talk to me about Telstra products and services. I hung up.

I just had a call from this number on my mobile i missed it because they hung up so quick. i called back on the work phone (which is a private number) and it was disconnected but when i called off my mobile it went straight through....a tad weird.
Also had a few calls from a private number and its always some guy a cant understand, maybe the same thing. it frustrates me because they call at 7PM and you cant understand a work that they say

I called it back from a land line. A professional sounding lady answered "Director Generals office this is Emily".

Clearly this is not genuine. I do not live and have not lived in WA and would not see a reason for a Director General to be contacting me.
