They are a company contracted by telstra to market it's mobile products. Wether they get you to switch or open up a new account with a new mobile. About $103 or more a month for phone+plan. The call centre would run on driving it's callers, and reaching target. A high staff turnover and a low wage without a bonus, so the people calling are under the whip. They don't really want to call you but that is what they do for a living. corners get cut, records get appropriated. staff get hired and fired. some other midstream contractor gets telstra's tender. so the machine goes on. profit and loss. and the calls keep coming. I hate calls starting with 'Is that Mr such and such, is it? I need to establish if that is Mr Such and Such Sir?' It's like frig off, who the hell are you? you called this number. Don't be asking me questions off the bat! state your business Sir/Madam. or Frig off. Don't take their rubbish, but no need to be abusive either. just play the process. the whole thing is scripted their end. they are desperate for a sale to ring the bell and pop the balloon with lollies or a five dollar note in it. :-) bonus

I got a call from this number and it sounded like Someone was having a go with his mates saying he was from telstra. He was shouting in the phone over a lot of noise. Spammer, not genuine and giving Telstra a bad name. Do not answer if this number calls.

I have been gettin constant calls from this number so I finally answer and the guy claims to be from Telstra and wants me to swap over
They ask me information about what Phone I have wat service and what am I currently getting then offers an incredible deal

Then tells me to ring up my service company and ask for a termination on my contract after stateing I am on a contract I can't swap over

They tell meto complainabout my service and thrnthey said they wi send me a letter within 3 days explaining everything and if they dnt hear back from me they will go through with it.
