I am getting Calls from this number (08) 6210 2310 daily. They wont shutup even when I say I am not interested they just keep talking. I want them to stop but they keep ringing. I have even told them I am on the do not call register. Time to lodge a formal complaint

wtf i got two call in two days when i answer it they hanged up i did *69 gave me this number why am i being prank for..... my number is private block number what the hell...

Telemarketers - Stop calling.
We are sick of it. GO AWAY.
Most times this company hangs up when you answer.
What if we, that is all the people that have posted a remark, started ringing you and wasting your operators time talking about rubbish your don't want.
We could set up telephones with talking parrots, At least a cocky would be funny & entertaining.

I too have received calls from this number. I was a bit concerned when I had just moved my mobile to Telstra 2 days before. A bit early to be calling to see if I was happy with my mobile service. I was very suspicious when she didn't know anything about me or services. I already have with Telstra. Said I couldn't speak at the moment and have called Telstra to complain. Not answering anymore calls from that number though.

These people are pests ring 4 or 5 times a week then hang up when you answer bloody annoying cant these scum be stopped

Got em!!! :-) It's the TSA Telco Group, telemarketers. Robert from Brisbane called me. He hung up rudly and abruptly when told he had called a number on the Do Not Call Register. The poor ill mannered soul. A complaint has now gone in to: http://www.tsagroup.com.au/contact.aspx

Don't leave your details with them I'm not sure what thier angle is cause I didn't trust the caller. The (08) on my caller ID means the call is coming from out of state but the caller said she was calling from Brisbane. So I hang up and looked up the phone number and see there's 800+ complaints.

Oh goody! My number, already on the Do Not Call Register. The Do Not Call Register are very good people and will track down and send out a warning to these idiots at (08) 6210 2310. I will now report to them, post haste. Now that the Telemarketer's computer has seen that I've answered the first call, I'm waiting for the "human" to do the follow up call and try to peddle their wares. Can't wait... This will be fun!

On a side note, this number is being used by a Sub-Contract Telemarketing Group. One day it could be Telstra, the next Vodafone etc.......
I've had a few different types of calls from this number in recent weeks. I believe the information is trolled from "online survey's" so be weary of what information is being asked of you online and if you have to fill in an online form, make sure to read the T & C's because most if not all will say that by accepting the terms and conditions you may be contacted by partner companies in the interest of Marketing Products! Have a think about it.

Go to www.donotcall.gov.au and complete the online registration (free) then add the numbers you wish to make private and that should take care of it. It can take some time to populate through the system according to the website but it's worth a shot. The site says that you will still receive calls from companies who you have already dealt with (as your number will be in a database) so I would allow one month for it to propagate through the system then every call you receive from that point on tell them you have a private number and not to call. As it is registered with the Australian government site, there will be legal grounds for suit if the calls continue! Good Luck all!

calling my number once every few days.

I've just had a call from this number...Claimed he was Promotions department with Telstra in Brisbane and I was a valued customer wanted me to go over my bill with him..Claimed I had a mobile phone with them...when I said no I don't,questioned why and kept trying to ask personal questions....I ended up hanging up...

Thanks to this site for pointing out it was a stupid telemarketer, rang the number back and sure enough a recorded message wanted all my personal details to be able to cancel the calls - lucky I'm not an idiot.....unlucky that from the looks of other comments they will keep calling. No idea how they got my number as its new :(

everyday at around the same time this stupid number calls-I don't bother answering it. The one time I did answer it there wasn't anyone there. Sick of it!!!!!!!!!!

These calls are likely to NOT be Telstra or other known organisations. The chances are that if you are conversing with a foreign national it is a criminally funded enterprise attempting to gain your details for the purposes of identity fraud. If they have your number then they may well have your surname and initial, as well as your address. Do not confirm any of your details not even your surname. Be wary of the questions they ask that require the disclosure of any form of personal information.

this number keeps calling us everyday...not just once or twice, but like every couple of hours...its BLOOODY ANNOYING!!!
