You fkn scam bunch of thieves...trying to shaft and waste our time....not happy at all with Telcom so they call themselve today and tomorrow it would be Telcum...just piss off and do it elsewhere....

Tracy, I believe we may have encountered the same twit! Months ago I had a missed call from a standard local number. When I returned the call the guy who answered started his sales pitch at 100 miles an hour.
When I politely, yet firmly interjected with my request to have me removed from the call list, he gently whispered:
'F**k You, you f*cking c*nt'
I couldn't believe it, so I went off back at him before he told me he would kick my ass and then he hung up on me.
I called back but he would answer and swiftly hang up. I called repeatedly with the intent of stringing him up until eventually my calls no longer went through.

Some poor guppie being trained as a telemarketer just picked the wrong person to ring..... he wasted 10 minutes trying to sell anything he could to somebody who was ready for him. :-)

Thanks for the info, I see calls from this number every day if I'm at home in the late morning, I've never answered. Next time I'm going to pick up and say "No I am not interested in your phone plan, please remove my number from your list," and hang up, see how that goes.

i just got a missed call from it today, didnt answer and googled it and wont answer :)

They call at the same time every day and have been doing so for the last 12 months. I have never answered and it always rings once before hanging up. Give it a rest people I'm not calling you back!

Usually pretty switched on with scams but seemed legit. Wasn't even an Indian on other end. Signed up for god knows what. Wish me luck for getting out. How do they know so much stuff?

I answered a call today too.. no-one spoke on the other end when i answered. The only company/person who may have sold my details is Telstra (probably their internet help desk in some asian country i was forced through to about 2 months ago, who were no help and couldn't understand a word i said). Not happy, as I have never had a problem with unknown callers before. Good old Telstra. If only Optus had better coverage I wouldn't have to deal with Telstra at all. What happened to privacy laws protecting our privacy? Telcos seem to be above that.

I received a call from this number this afternoon she was an indian by the way dont know if the people calling the rest of you have been indians or not.She rang me at 4:15pm melb time. She said my name is sally and i am calling on behalf of telstra she said you are not a telstra customer and then tried to get me to sign up for a telstra phone which she said is free. Blah blah blah i simply said no i am not interested please take my name of the list and dont call me ever again be interesting to see if i get a call either later on this evening or tomorrow. If they do they will be getting an earful from me and i dont care what he/she says i am fed up with these stupid and annoying telemarketers.

Answered the phone, but it was an empty/ silent line. After seeing this, I won't be answering it in future.

I have been getting a call every few days. i am with vodafone how do these people get my my number i only give it out to family and friends and ive only had it for 3 months. could the telco's be selling them to marketers?

i used to get a call from this number at least once a month, trying to get me to switch over to Telstra, some how they knew i was with Optus and what plan i was on. they adventurally stopped calling me after i told them id been getting calls from this number every month and im not going to change as im happy with my service provider and please take me off the list, and it worked, havent been called for a couple of years now.

I also just got a call from this number and thankfully didn't answer. Sick of them ringing!!

OMG i get these calls twice a day and getting really sick of it. Telstra called me before on a different number and i said not interested now calling from another number Gosh. annoyed
