My daughter has been frightened by phone calls from this number to her mobile. It has been ringing eight times a day for the last five days. When she answers and gives the person sufficient time to respond, he/she hangs up. I have tried to contact the 1800 number but there is no option to speak with anybody. (surprise, surprise) I am most unhappy. Go away!!

I received a call from NTC a lovely young man I have been with Telstra for years paying hundreds per month to receive incorrect bills, wait hours on hold to customer service! NTCs call has been a breath of fresh air! Very happy with NTC and the whole experience!

Ive started getting this number after diverting (08) 6228 4014. Seems they try you with another number if they have no luck. I just have the number sent straight to message bank so they have to pay for the call, then delete any message (which is only telstra saying I've missed a call

I regularly get calls from this number and another number, (08) 6228 4014, which I figured out is Telstra. When did telemarketers get so lazy? They call you, then hang up and you have to call them back?!! Its infuriating! Who can we contact to get something done about it?

I'm sending this to Optus - perhaps you should do the same, so they get the hint:

A company called NTC Voice Solutions is calling people and hanging up. When you call back the number, it tells you to call a 1800 number which in turn suggests purchasing Optus products.
After googling the number, I came across AT LEAST 3 different websites filled with complaints. You should recognise that your customers do not like this this stupid, and annoying intrusion, which the customer has no real way of stopping.
You are creating a negative experience for your customers using this cold calling company. Prank calls do NOT encourage people to purchase anything you have for sale.

This number has been calling me daily in the last 5 days. As of yesterday they've been calling twice. They've never left a message. Most annoying. Thanks for the blocking suggestion. Will do it now.

The co. is NTC Solutions...the number is unmanned. A voice msg advises calling 1800 283 174 to speak to someone. another nuiscance caller.

They've called me 6 times in the past 2 days. i answered twice & they hung up immediately. I've now blocked the number on my phone.

Keeps calling my partners phone. Answered 4 times out of 6 and keeps hanging up. Wish they would bugga off.

When they ring I pick up and then after a couple of seconds they disconnect

Got one of these too. I agree with Richard, no way am I holding for some lowly Indian call center who makes intrusive and illegal calls.
