2 calls today from this number that went to message bank. No message left. Also had another call from a scammer mid afternoon - that time with a 02 prefix. Fed up with this. Thinking very seriously about getting rid of home phone. Surely Telstra can do something about this as so many people are so fed up with scammers they will abandon fixed phones.

I don't have telstra phoneline or telstra internet, twice in an hour. I just hang up.

Pretending to be telstra. Indian accent said I was getting viruses from my Telstra internet connection. Rang number back it is disconnected. Blocked Number.

I have had four calls so far today from various scammers who hang up without leaving a message. Although I have call identity screening on my phone and don't answer unknown numbers, and have blocked oversea callers, I am still getting up to four calls a day from 02, 03 and 07 type numbers. I would like to cancel my home phone but my husband doesn't own a mobile. The only calls that come through our home phone are from his family in the country and scammers. So frustrating!! What is the point besides annoying the sh*t out of people??!

Asian female voice claiming to be from Telstra Technical Support. Definite scam. See all preceding complaints. Why can’t Communications Minister get onto this problem and bring these people before the Law? I suggest that everyone contact the Minister’s department and demand immediate action ... and also contact lthe opposition shadow MP.

This number rings me constantly - several times every single day. I have them blocked on my home phone along with so many other nuisance scammers and charities I've never heard of but apparently I've donated to them (according to the calls), but the calls still keep coming. We never answer the phone now unless we know the number calling. It is such a pain

I have had many calls from this number. I don't bother answering the house phone any more cos they are all scammers. This number is obviously one of them.

It was more annoying than usual, as I had just sat down to enjoy my freshly brewed coffee. I will report them to the unwanted call register, but I may wait until they call again and have some fun at their expense. My husband fell for this several years ago against my advice. Will never be caught again. Fortunately no lasting damage was done!

Since Telstra issue the number and must be billing the owner of the number why have Telstra not reported them to police. I also have a silent number so if the number is now known by a scam company was a crime committed to 'steal' my number? also is Telsra derelict in their duty in not reporting the scam scam to the police. Come Telsrea you can do better than stand by and do nothing.

Claiming to be Telstra technical support. Been calling during the day as well as at night. So annoying , as if I’ll give you remote access to my PC.

This foreign person stating their from Telstra wanting to know if im the main person using the internet. I told them if they cant get my name right then they arent from Telstra then she hung up

This no has called me twice today claiming to be from Telstra claiming I have a net problem - another scam

Every day for the last week these people have called claiming to be telstra and it's always around the same time 4.30pm - I am on the DNC register but obviously this isn't working. They are calling from a Queensland number but when you call it back it says that the number is not recognised. Sick to death of this.

I am sick to death of this number phoning me I got 3 calls yesterday and 1 again thisafternoon, phoned the Telstra 1800 number and it is an automated service I don't think it is Telstra either

Claimed to be from Telstra advising that unauthorized use of our internet was occurring. Couldn't give me any information relating to my accounts so I hung up.
