Not all call centres are as sh*t as that one. Find a reputable one that handles inbound customer service calls and you'll probably be OK.

I was working there but wayne was a f*ck head beause we was so roud to me at the work place and he bullying me at work I hope he gets his ass kickit .and when they ring for the gas but they didn't ring back .and arin was making fun off me at work .so I hope they all can go to hell and wayne is so sick in the head I hope they at fired

These people get rich ripping other people off. They are illegally employing call centre staff paying commission only.

This company kept ringing and ringing even after I told them we weren't interested. It was like phone rage. The salesperson said his name was Blake. This shouldn't be allowed. We even have a silent number.

It sucks that it didn't work out was a mad place to work except for all the bullsh*t meeting mad people I loved my job and helping people it sux I couldn't continue to be what I wanted and got pushed out but everyone who wasn't dodgy or meant well tried there best to make people feel comfortable well I did and I thought I had a career for life

These guys are terrible. Worked there for 2 weeks.... guess what... didn't get paid a cent and were trying to tell me its my fault because I didn't meet the retainer in the contract, but they wouldn't give me a copy of the contract.

Off to fair work I go!! My dad reckons they should pay super and an hourly rate as they are not allowed to employ people as contractors.

This is an electricity comparison company who tell you the best offers in your area. They only work with origin and energy australIA who have them on notice for lying to customers while they represent them. Do not take calls from them, just hang up...

They don't pay their suppliers either. We are owed nearly $3000 for services provided in good faith. Legal action is now underway. It's a shame people in business operate this way.

There is a guy working there called Steve who is some sort of manager. He is grotty, sleezy, around 60 years old, and comes onto the young girls there and does rude jokes to them while he moves his hips back and forth. He is disgusting and should be reported. He did it to me. I told my boyfriend and he made me quit which I would do anyway. Awful place to work..

The place is garbage. No tax, no super, no annual leave, no sick leave, no payslips, no overtime, nothing. They employ you, force you to be full of sh*t, then fire you for not meeting targets. They only have 2 main retailers, origin and energy australia and dial mainly Nsw and qld. They go really hard on the elderly who don't understand most of the call. They make them think they are getting an information pack in the main, but it's actually a new contract they just signed into. There is no one checking this and people are being screwed over. I'm only 19 and haven't worked in many places but this place has turned me off call centres. Are they all like this?

I use to work for them. The shortest I've ever been in a job (lasted 2 weeks) and no, I didn't get fired. I realised their dodgy techniques and technically, they should be paying your super, whether you are a casual employee or part-time. That itself is already saying something. Then, on top of this, they pay you about the same as Centrelink. This place, from memory, is no longer in operation. I drove past it and there's construction going on. Great that they are doing their jobs, trying to do the sales in a sneaky way and a few people trying to make a buck but the principal is wrong. The people who worked there for long enough, they were calling on old (another) data and therefore that is why they were able to achieve x sales as they would call these old clients up either to recontract them or to 'offer' a better price. I knew it was a bit odd when everyone was on the same data and barely could get anything and there are other people who were blitzing through...
