Got the call today. If it is AustPost calling about the parcel that has been missing since April and was only going 30kms, then it is disappointing. They told me yesterday that they had a 'backlog' of items in the undeliverable mail section and it took a while for it to be entered into the system. Forget the feedback, get these people to input the missing item, so I can get my Mothers Day gift back. But for feedback, the guy on 131318 was genuinely sorry for the delay.

This number won't stop ringing me. Maybe if Australia post did their jobs correctly, there'd be no need for them to harass customers for feedback.

Australia Post I guess, calling because I contacted them during the insanity that is dealing with DHL global mail. Nothing to do with them, all DHL's fault (two packages stranded in customs, so it's not even auspost I had to call in the end). No feedback for australia post to give.

Ignored this call as figured it was a telemarketer, symptomatic of a nuisance caller as they let the phone ring 4 rings then hung up. No doubt expecting the recipient to call back. As if.

Received several calls from this number today; I guess they want feedback from a call I made to them yesterday about a missing parcel I had sent. But as it transpires, I didn't have the correct information so had to cancel my request for a follow up. However, contrary to the several complaints on this page I have found their parcel delivery service in Strathmore Victoria via North Essendon excellent. The delivery guy always knocks on the door and if I'm not home sometimes leaves the parcel out of sight on the porch. We rarely have to return to the post office. He's a most pleasant English guy and always has a small chat. Quite different to the comments on this site.

Obviously Australia Post again. I too had a lazy contractor who wouldn't get off his fat ass to walk a parcel 10 metres to the house. They charge huge fees to deliver it and then don't do what they have been paid for. Last thing was the lazy twat left the mail on the road on the corner of the street. That was the mail for the whole street. Australia Post is a joke.

Australia Post wanting feed back on my complaint I gather, hung up as I answered, phone service is about as good as the delivery service, 14 days and still counting to get a little parcel from Victoria to Tassie, via every state and territory in the country,

Received a call from this number. The Indian woman claimed that she was ringing on behalf of Telstra. It sounded like a call centre going by the noisy background. Told her I wasn't interest and hung up.

What is the point of the 'Do Not Call Register'? It is useless.

I had to go to tracker to see where my parcel was - which said they had tried to deliver, and was now at the depot - which I need to pick up.
There was no card or slip left in my mailbox and I was home all day - therefore I deduce its laziness.
I told they person at the post office and they said it was very common at the st kilda depot.
I have now been in the queue to speak with someone at australia post - 15 minutes so far...
Australia Post - no wonder you are bankrupt...

Wish Australia Post who employ these telemarketers to use all this wasted time on phone calls actually put these people into the Mail Sorting Centres where their time would be much more helpful than with these stupid follow-up calls and get parcels out on time for deliveries and pick parcels up that fall on the floor instead of sitting there for weeks on end or read parcels that apparently the machines cant read and get them out to the couriers. Makes more sense than phone calls!!!

Australia Post. They lost a very important package and after more than 6 months of complaints and investigation requests they still claim it was delivered to a particular post office. I am close friends with the staff at this post office and they swear it was never delivered and their delivery records show it was never received. Why the heck would AP want feedback over such an F UP. AP messed up big time, they should accept responsibility and admit it, but instead they pretend they did everything they could and say its my fault that i lost the package. FYI it was a huge file of tax records for a tax return so yes, it was very important.

Missed call from this number. Rang it and it's Aust Post automated feedback. Not even a real person.
