I posted some parts two weeks ago from WA to NSW. Parcel tracking show that it was sent to NSW but has now come back to WA - Brilliant! I called and they couldn't have cared less until I told them it was insured for $2K.

Eight days ago I express posted some URGENT visa application documents from Qld to USA... I was told it would arrive in US within 2-4 days.. EIGHT DAYS AGO! The recipient called me today and they still have not received the documents.

I was charged $63.00 for just two A4 documents and some passport photos...

Come on, Australia Post!! I'm losing faith. I rang yesterday and had a prank call back today. Incredible.

So this is how Australia does it customer feedback research, they dial the number and hang up after one ring. hehehehe, brilliant, well at least they bothered to call.

Personally returned incorrectly addressed AusPost mail containing an ID card or similar and advised of what the correct address should be (Googled name and lo and behold there is the answer - one street number different and other side of the street). Counter staff couldn't give a stuff. Claims of "Confidentiality" - what utter rubbish. Said they couldn't/wouldn't do anything until intended recipient contacts them about "missing" mail. I wonder when that person will realise that they are not getting all of their mail??? Then they have the nerve to ring about "Your recent customer contact with us". No wonder they're going broke with an attitude like that.

Called my mobile the day after I called them re lazy parcel deliverers. I'm always home but always get a pick up slip.
Called them back (they called my mobile) and nothing then hung up!
Prank calling isn't fun! Waste of time and effort!

Called for less than 5 seconds, then was a missed call. Spoke with Aus Post yesterday but didn't have anything to action. They still sent me an SMS and a call to follow up and say they'd actioned my request but I had nothing for them to action.

All comments seem to confirm was Aus Post - I called them yesterday to book a passport appointment. I had no complaints or issues with the service so maybe they're just wanting feedback... still a little annoying

Waited 25 mins to speak to someone... My beef was that I'd paid $15.50 for Express Post Platinum - next day delivery guaranteed ... sounds impressive. Four days later, the recipient in Melbourne was still waiting (I'm in Perth)
The lady I spoke to at Au Post said they'd made a mistake at the local PO and should've told me Express post doesn't necessarily take in all networks/ states...what??? She agreed that it was false advertising and the public should be told. I said I didn't pay that amount for overnight when 4 days later it still hadn't arrived...may as well have paid for normal postage! She agreed.
The upshot is that my choice is to walk into to the local again and tell them what I think (can't be bothered and shouldn't have to)...or suck it up - and hope the darn parcel arrives!!!

Unsure, went to voice mail but no message.

Aust Post is likely right, as spoke with girl yesterday after a 30min wait on hold. She didn't even know what MyPost "Deliveries" was and told me she was using Google and you tube to find out for me.... What The????

So i said forget it, i will call head office. I went instead to local post office with print outs of each screen of "MyPost - Deliveries" online, and they had no idea what i was doing or how it worked, though they the ones who pressured me to use it instead of using my po box!!! also it was wrong info, i don't get free redirection of house mail to po box... among other....

If it was Aust Post, sadly i am not happy!!! I am pretty sure there is a breach in the privacy act, considering i called from a private number with hide CND.
