Complain to Austpost about lazy contractors.

Its not Australia Post who suck, but their parcel contractors. We had the same problem - lazy bastard wouldn't even attempt to deliver parcel, just took it to a post office that was miles away and which I had to get 2 buses to get to. We have a post office 1 km up the road Anyway, phoned Australia Post and put in a complaint about him. I knew he wasn't even attempting to deliver the parcel as no note was left to say we had a parcel. The first thing we knew about a parcel was when the post office sent us a final notice to collect. Anyway, after my complaint (may have been others), he now delivers the parcels or at least tries to otherwise he gets his contract cancelled and he has to get a real job. Ring the complaints line.

I answered quickly but they hung up immediately. I thought it was a nuisance call, Probably called about an undelivered parcel that I reported 4 MONTHS ago.

Auspost - recorded message, when I answered the phone the recording was already half way through the spiel, it appears as feedback for an enquiry.

They called me this morning my husband grabbed my phone for me and answered it then quickly gave it to me the second I got it they hung up. It was an unknown number etc I guess it was Aust post as I called them yesterday about a parcel I wasn't home to pick up that instead of leaving at the local post office they left it at a post office couple towns away WTF!!??? Anyways pissed me off they now say to get my parcel sent to my local post office so I can Pick it up I have to pay $6 and it can take up to a week even though it's only a 15min drive away would of went to pick it up myself but I don't drive so yeah Australia post sucks

As others have said, it must have been Australia Post wanting feedback on my query about a missing parcel yesterday. Still an open case so I wonder what sort of feedback they expected - that I'm still very troubled that my parcel has gone missing? Or that I have no confidence that it will be resolved? Or that I think their delivery systems are really bad?

Wow, received a call on this number today - RECORDED MESSAGE asking for feedback on an enquiry/complaint I made FOUR MONTHS AGO to Australia Post!!!! WT? I don't even remember what it was. Also had a call yesterday from a bewildered sounding Australia Post employee following up the enquiry/complaint. Total waste of time and very intrusive. Maybe they're 'clearing the decks' in preparation for sell-off!

if AusPost want to get my feedback, perhaps they can get a real person to call me.

Australia Post wanting feedback on a call. How do I know this as they hang up after 4 rings then when you immediately call back they have an answering machine saying they want our feedback but they won't be calling again it's completed. Being I only called Australia Post yesterday if they wanted to know the feedback on something that I'm still waiting on an answer so the calls should be done later like 2 weeks. I just think the money could go on this so called feedback staff on Australian Post staff instead of laying the majority off. What a great world we live in that Australia Post wants to spend their money on glorified telemarketers. Feedback on Feedback how ridiculous what next Feedback on the feedback of feedback.
How exactly are they getting feedback if they hang up before answering so they are just turning into another nuisance telemarketer this way.

Australia post wanting feedback on my 2 sepeerate pacels they stated 'delivered' a week prior to actually being delivered, the call centre told me someone signed for my goods but the ffollowing day they both arrived together and I signed for them so I'm not sure if they were trying blame someone else or just made it up but a very strange experience at the least.
