Young woman with an accent said she was from Telstra to make changes to my phone plan. Obviously an overseas call although the number was local.

Because Telstra contract these people ...to call you! :)

I didn’t answer as was on another call at the time. I also received a call from +216 42 602319 which is identified as Tunisia on my mobile. Probably someone wanting to give me millions of dollars.

Non stop calls ( 6-8) daily that immediately hang up.....this crap has only begun in earnest since the dreaded NBN took over the landline...over it

Yeah these guys must be calling my landline. Its diverted to the mobile. Unknown Qld number to me. So I don't bother with the jerks

Said he was calling from tsa services for telstra, asked me if he could help me with my package and continued to talk as I told him I was not interested and cut him off. Its a scam. Blocked it straight away.

also why is the do not call register no longer blocking these scammers? i have even had calls from people claiming to be from the do not call register offering lifetime protection for a fee! the real one is of course free.

Apparently this scammer is active again. Have had 2 missed calls from them. They didn’t leave a message. I checked here and seems they have been active for awhile!

This number calls my modem between 10:00am and 4:30pm, so far 9 times. I can't hear it so I don't care.

They called my tablet, let it go through to the keeper and looked up the number here.

Did not answer but thank you for all the information provided here. Not the first time for this lot. How to stop them calling? Wish I knew. Telstra were no help.
