Keep getting a phone call from this numer and only rings twice. Tried to return call but get nothing. Can anyone tell me how to block this number on my mobile.

I just got a call today from this wanker! Iris accent and said about me being an a car accident. Um no I haven't been in one sorry. He said "oh sorry wrong number then." He knew my name so knew it was dodgy from the start! What a knob!

saying they are followup insurance for a recent collision involving your vehicle, no such company, uk scamers want to get your personal details.

This number has called me over 20 times - just rings no one answers.

Just happened to my partner. Similar circumstance as you all.Best if all concerned contact Scamwatch. Its a legitimate website which will investigate to see who is behind it all. The report is given to the ACCC so if it is serious, the police will be involved. The more you all report it the faster these idiots will be caught.Link is here below.

And today, same number, same accent, same story. "I'm sorry I haven't reported a motor vehicle accident" was all I had to say.

A man called me asking me to verify my name saying are you Miss MY Surname and waited for me to say yes or no however I thought is was funny the way he asked. so I asked can I ask why He said the same and I replies yes and followed up with a question asking where he was from and why he needed to know. H said he was from a follow up company and was confirming details about a car accident I had. I said I had not had a car accident and he promptly hung up.

Ring this number back 'follow up services'. I'm like ok, wtf you calling me? About your recent accident. No accident here mate. The clown started singing because I got High and making rooster noises

Scam there getting peoples details from Facebook or gumtree sites block them, there just sum bags just block them and beware of people contacting you online because there guys try that also as I've had it

Some crap about car accident SCAM ALERT

Recieved several non verbal calls from this number, Google it and came up with an on line florist in Brisbane.

So what is the scam?? I don't understand the purpose. The guy sounds drunk or mentally ill. Has called 100 times.

They don't tell you where they are from what company. But did know by name and asked about a car accident in the last 10 months. When I said no they hung up.

I've been receiving calls from this number and today and an Irish bloke telling me He was calling about a traffic accident I was supposed to have had, told him to stop ringing me, said he would keep ringing will block the number now.
