Got this call today; northern English accent, re an accident I'd supposedly been in, bloke said my details were in his database - I suggested maybe someone was faking something, he said don't worry about it, perhaps the data was wrong then...
What is he after? Bank details, pay-over-the-phone, or phone recorded words?

Said I was in an accident. Super rude and impolite guy. He should hv accident. Scum.

I have been receiving calls from this number to my mobile exactly the same time every day for the last month or more. When I answer, there is nothing but static, so I blocked the number. Rural Fire Brigade harassing my landline as well.

Male caller asked for me to identify myself after saying hello,i was reluctant to confirm as he rang my mobile number then said he was from follow up services and he was calling to follow up on an accident i had .
I cut off call after saying confidently NO when questioned was this correct. Then proceeded to block Number (07) 3053 8414

Another call from this number and I played the game . The caller was not prepared for someone to say, I have already put in a claim with my insurance company. The callers response was swearing and name calling. This time it was a pom accent!

Just got a call regarding accident in the past 10 months and asked if it was me.... he was a man with a Scottish accent.

Block this caller. Has harrassed me for a week. Scottish accent. No name no company name and Scottish accent. Go back where you came from mate. We're too bloody smart for you.

received a call from a guy with a British accent in regards to an accident that I had reported. Never reported or been in an accident yet he had my name. This is a scam

They phoned today. Could only hear loud music in background, then after a few seconds an asian sounding man spoke and said he was calling about a car accident i was in a while ago. I told him i have never been in a car accident, he replied with ok I'll remove you from our system and quickly hung up. Defiantly a scam

Telling me I had an accident 2,500ks away from home. Only problem is my car and I have not 2,500kms away from home in the past 2 years.
The callers name was Joe with an Irish accent......Happy St Patricks Day to Joe!

I just had this number call me to just now, glad I couldn't answer it. Been googling every numbe I receive that I don't know and surprisingly how many of them have been scams. Anyway have blocked it on my phone, does anyone know if this helps tho cause a couple of mind have called back from a similar number but the last 4 digits of the phone number differ? I wish there was something we could do about it. I'm over it!

Get multiple calls per day. Don't know why they bother as I don't answer calls if I don't recognise the number

Calling night and day tried calling back but always busy, answered today and told me calling regarding an accident I had. I said I'd had no accident he was forceful about it, I said what date and he hung up on me.

Was called by this number three times yesterday. He had a Scottish accent and was quite intimidating, sounding as though he wanted money. He’s most certainly a scammer. I blocked his number however the police could act with s phone message. Shall keep you posted. Tim

same thing! They're scammers for sure...or very dodgy marketers...my housemate managed to get through just after they hung up: "we're doing follow-up after your 'incident'...".My friend asked what he was talking about and he hung up. They also knew my name. How?
