Received call from this name & was asked to provide them with all my personal details before they would tell me who they were? And why they called? i did not & told them you called me so you know who i am?
I asked them for their personal details & they did not give it to me so hang up. They did say it is very serious & must fix up with in 24hrs.

Got an SMS message asking me to call Karen and when I called back some f*cking arrogant a**hole called Dan told me she doesn't work there any more. I then found out it was Collection House which explains it all. How unprofessional to send out SMS messages to call back someone who no longer works there? Hmmmmmm makes you wonder what other unethical practices or laws they are happy to breach

Just spoke to some whore call Alina who claimed to be calling on behalf of ANZ when the deceitful lying slut then told me she was from Collection House. I've got an iPhone so have blocked the stupid slut from calling again

Owing money and having no intention to pay it back is a real issue. These people are here to assist us. I’m only assuming being the person who has to call horrible people like you all is not a fun job. Of corse, it’s what they do though, but blaming them for the fact that you have a debt is bulls**t. You never paid on time or paid at all? It’s been sent to them. What did you think was going to happen? If someone owes you money would you contact them constantly? I bet you would. You have a debt! Own it! Dont hide behind a computer or a phone and troll these people. I was assisted by a lovely lady who’s only intention was to help me with my future. Yeah ok, so I will never have a clean credit file again due to my own mistakes but atleast it will be updated with the fact that I paid it. I’m proud of me and I’m glad it was sent to a debt collector. Gave me a good kick in the butt with my responsibilities of using money that’s not mine to start with. Thanks Collection House.

Do not consent to disclose your identity, should you prefer not.

Insist they communicate with that name in writing.
Forbid them from calling your number again as you consider it harassment.
Install an app to record any calls, and should you be uncertain of caller, my suggestion is to record ALL calls, perhaps, indicating at the start of any such call.
That's if you answer, of course.
Don't be mean or abusive. Don't stoop to their level. Nearly All natural men and women have jobs to do and bills to pay..

repeated calls from this number although i have a silent number. They were looking for someone with a similar name and spoke with my seventeen year old son.Very rude and tried to get information out of him as if he was the one they were looking for to cover a debt. At least he had the forthought to tell them to stop calling.
