Lady called "Sarah" with an Indian accent called & said she was from Legal Assist. I had received one of these calls before & done some Googling only to see all the people who had mentioned it as a scam. Told her "not interested, eff off".

Yep, definitely a scam, tried to tell me I had been in an accident that wasn't my fault

Received a call from this number but no one was speaking on the other side. I hung up and searched on this number. Thanks guys for sharing your experience. Added this number to blacklist instantly.

They hung up as soon as I answered the phone
First time I have had a call from a mobile number that I did not recognise .
I have been receiving a lot of calls from 06 numbers lately .
Some from 'NBN' ?
There is no 06 area code in Australia .

Two calls in days, I don't answer if I dont know the number, and they never leave a message.

Scam. Told me he was from Legal Assist, then proceeded to tell me I had a car accident in the last year... I hung up immediately.

Just received a call and an Indian lady (very hard to understand) said she was from Legal Assist. She said I was in an accident in the past two years and when I said no, she said someone in your family or friends have that use this mobile number. Very disturbing scam call...

One daughter answered one of these calls a while back. Not completely understanding the voice on the other end of the line, she was left thinking that I had been involved in an accident - bad people!

Yep received this call today. A man with an accent regarding a motor accident claim. Told him not to ring again. Blocked the number.

So isn't it time we scam the scammer.....play them along, tell them all the lies they need to hear, waste their time like they do ours. I love scamming the scammers.....I give them dud bank accounts, false information and boy do they get excited thinking they have another sucker.........

I answered the phone, the guy said he was from Legal Assist. as soon as he said that I hanged up.
then i noticed my mobile company it self has flaged that number as a potential scam,

Unknown number to me so didn't answer. Rang back later and got a recorded messaged - woman saying they were Accident Advice Management and to press 1 to get a call back. I have not had an accident so this is a total scam call. Beware

yes i just received a call from this number first time today 02/07/2019. i have now blocked.
same thing. i questioned and she hung up.
