Caller: 0488 863 266 Indian Scammers

Indian lady saying that I had been in a accident in the last 2 years, their legal team had told them so. I didn't have time to try and listen through her thick accent so told her to take her scam and F*&^ OFF

Just got a call from this number. Scammers. Number now blocked thanks to this site and all the complaints already lodged.

They don't seem to have received the message....still doing the rounds regarding bogus car accidents. Number blocked anyway.

They just rang me, so I picked up, thinking it'a recruitment agency for a job and this was the conversation i had with 'Dennis' (Indian/Pakistani accent mind you)

Me:Hello?
Dennis: This is Dennis from Legal Assist. Have you been in a car accident in the last 2 years?
Me: no - I don't have a car (I do but wasn't telling him that)
Dennis: Someone in your household has been involved in a car accident?
Me: nope - I live alone (I'm married with 2 kids)
Dennis: Are you sure you haven't been in a car accident recently? We can claim compensation for you
Me: That would be amazing, but you obviously don't understand English - I DON'T HAVE A CAR - d*ckHEAD
Dennis: You're the d*ckhead for not driving

and then he hung up on me - number blocked - can't wait for the next caller that comes through - going to be an undertaker....lol

the male voice was calm. said hello and gave me his name. as he said his name I heard an international backdrop connection... instantly I hung up. on my mobile this call is identified as ~ rDisp4.

Caller sounds like an Indian male. Very similar to an earlier posted experience on 4 July. Sounds like a call centre as there is delay when the phone is answered and he started speaking. He mentioned a company (may have been Legal Assist) and also mentioned a motor vehicle accident. With that I cut him off as quickly as I could and DID NOT string the conversation along.

Phone No. 0488 863 266. Male caller. Asked about my recent accident. I don't drive due to poor eyesight all my life .... Hung up after his first sentence.

These scammers are using a platform called Zendesk to make outbound calls from a mobliel number - tell them you are watching thier PC and you can see they are logged into Zendesk they hang up real quick.

I have numerous missed calls from this number. Now know it’s a scam thank you

Strong american accent lady phone about a recent accident - when I questioned about the matter they became startled and could not provide me any information

This number called me and as soon as i heard the word "Legal" i know it's a scam so I told the lady with Indian accent to "go and f*ck yourself" then hang up. hahah

Scamming dogs saying I was in a car accident in the last 2 years told them no and not so politely to take a hike

Do not answer. A scam! A female caller asking about an accident.

Thanks for this website! I was able to Google this number and yes - they're a scam. Block them ASAP and move on! :)

I too just now got the same call... started saying all tricky stuffs.
Very annoying situations. I got another scam call saying from ATO etc.
