Sent SMS asking to email him about final price of our bike and said he wanted to send courier to pick up bike after funds are cleared. Wanted to pay via PayPal.

This person tried it on me not once but twice from the same mobile. . He is a scammer. I tried to ring the mobile nuber but always switched off

Contacted me by text re my car add, used the name Bryon Daniow, and email ryon.daniow79 @ gmail.com. Said it was for his son. What a lowlife

This scammer replied to me pretending to be Sandra Crisell. My car is advertised on Gumtree, the local paper and Drive.
Why aren't the police all over this, as the person is committing identity theft as well as scamming innocent people.
I suspect the mobile number used is a SMS server, as it never answers. Other aliases used were Zhengxwen, Lewis Brumley. All wanted me to email them on their gmail account.

scammer - tried to buy my car from gumtree - apparently lives in Darwin. I didnt know he was a scammer, gave him paypal details only though. e-mail address was damien.demolder @ btopenworld.com. Kept calling me mate as well.

"lisa" txt me wanting final price and condition of item, then sent me a long email about her son finishing uni and she is buying it for him and will get her agent to collect the car and wanted my bank details and paypal details when i replied and said i wont give out bank details pay cash on pick up i got no response

Tried to buy a car from gumtree. Said she made a mistake with the paypal payment and wanted me to send $2500 to his transport co via western union.I new it was smelly from the start. He didn't get anything from me except a dressing down.

Another scammer.. Asking about our 5th. Wheeler. "What is present condition and final price of your firstnetrader listing. Best. Wat to contact me is via my email daved5161 @ gmail.com". Bloody lowlife should get a real job.

Received a SMS from "Lisa" requesting final price at and condition of my item on gumtree. The fact that no reference was made to the item and all the deatils were in the add, Suspicion got the better of me and text "her "back. it has been two days and no responce..... funny that..

Just sent me 2 text msgs re my e bay item no mention of what it was. He said the best way to contact him was by e mail at nimers123 @ outlook.com said his name was Daniel Nimers this time.

Received message wanting to know if caravan still for sale and to contact him via email address. This is the sixth scammer while caravan on eBay. What's up with these d*ckhead.

Just go this same twat trying to buy my bike advertised on Gumtree, Ebay and other sites. Called himself Scott Wilson this time wil.scott110(at)gmail.com. Same tired story about working for AWE in New Zealand and wanting to get it for his son (whom he is, apparently, quite proud of) living in NT.
These pricks are getting smarter, no longer scamming in CAPS. Seems as though he may have actually purchased a spell checker as well...

I just received a text from this same guy, regarding our car for sale on Gumtree. He said his name is Jacqui Fir (email jax.firsail89 @ gmail.com). He said he works offshore for AWE (drilling company) in New Zealand and is buying the car for his son in NT. Then started talking about Paypal transfer from his NAB account.

Thanks for the heads-up everyone.
