Had a call every day this week! They are scammers and by all the comments can see that! Why can't Telstra disconnect their lines!!!

Phone company - V4 TELECOM.... "as of next month you will only pay $44 for your phone bill"....... you know it is a scam when they don't ask questions to pre-qualify you! (our service isn't eligible, so they retreated pretty quick from the offer!

I just got called by them and the guy coughed loudly in my ear then hung up. How rude! But I've got the number and when they call back - as we know they will - I'll have the loudest phlegmiest cough ready to go.

I get calls from this number up to 6 times a day. I have on every occasion told them not to call my number again. The bit that pisses me off most is i am on the do not call register. I am so beyond sick of getting these calls and have voiced my anger with them quiet clearly!!

Asked me for the business owner, told her he's not available, offered to take her message. She hung up straight away. Is this how people do business now?

He rang our mobile phone number again today. This time I requested him to email me the pricing and asked who pays out the contract with our current provider. Could not get a straight answer, no matter how hard I tried. He just kept avoiding any answer. He eventually stated he was not Telstra at which point I stated more than very clearly that dishonest telemarketers really piss me off. I then hung up.

Average a call each day from this number. Says it ..........Telecom, I cannot understand the first word and when I request it to be repeated it sounds exactly the same. Hiding under a bullsh*t name really pisses me off. Usually starts of with, "are you", or "I need to speak with the business owner" My reply Yeer you got him It then just hangs up. On one occasion he started telling me our phone bill will be discounted and to expect it to happen next month. I said email the info. Still up to today I have not received it.

I had a call from (03) 9517 1443 today which didn't seem legitimate to me. They wanted to speak to the business owner about phone plans and when I asked where they were calling from they hung up. That's a good way to get business. My suspicions seemed correct when I googled their number and saw all the complaints. Be careful I would suggest.

Waffling on about cheaper Telstra rates on your next bill, but then want you to register and want information from you which I refused to give. Sounds dodgy, almost like you're giving them consent and before you know it they have switched your service provider. Got a very rude call today from same person saying someone here hung up on him just a minute ago, which isn't true, how dare he, that certainly isn't the way to generate business. This kind of harassment needs to be stopped. .

didn't say his company name until asked repeatedly. implied we had spoken before, we hadn't. implied knowledge of our existing call volumes. oh really? how? couldn't explain that. dodgy. very dodgy. wants to sell us better internet and landline and data blah blah. persisted as I was saying we weren't interested. got a hang up for his trouble. This was his third phone call this week. I did a straight hang up the first two times. He was just trying to get a different person and hopefully a different result. Loud noises straight in his ear next.

Landline and internet service providers.
The sales tactics employed include misleading and deceptive conduct. Their opening line is that you will get a discount on the next bill, while at no point introducing themselves unless you explicitly ask them. This is a form of deception that relies on you thinking that your current provider is calling you to inform you of a discount. Once you go along and agree with them they will sign you up to their company. These people prey on the vulnerable, so I made sure to waste as much of their time as possible.
After meticulously and repeatedly explaining to the gentlemen that I'm too far away from the exchange to get reliable speeds from ADSL2+, and that therefore I had to resort to cable internet, and that Telstra were the only cable provider at my exchange, and because cable is quite expensive I have to take advantage of their bundle discounts so I'm forced to use their land line services as well, the gentlemen on the other line told me not to worry, that I wouldn't lose my discounts and that he will provide me with ADSL2+ (despite what I had just told him).
After explaining to him how he was wrong, I was put on to his "Service Manager" and I continued to waste his time. He ended up terminating the call after assuring me that he will call me later, a promise he won't be able to keep, seeing as this number now resides in my Caller Barred list.

Guy calls up. "Hello?! Hello?!" "Hi, Tom speaking." "Hi, I need to speak to the owner." (I'm the owner) "Do you know his name?" "No, I need to speak to the owner." "Which one?" (there's only me) "I don't know who, can you just put me onto one of them, it's an important call about your phone line." (We only have a mobile and internet) "Sorry, can't do."
