Caller: Australia Post Missed call. Presumably in response to an online enquiry I made (even though I said I preferred to response by email over phone). When called back get automated response.

Phoned twice, when answered there was no one there. Tried to call back and directed to another number 13 76 78. This number is still no help. Important express post letter has been lost by Australia Post and cannot get any help.

Australia Post Complaints Response Line. Fast talking Jerk making excuses for poor delivery, and lies about why item was not delivered in the first place.

Caller: Aus Post Australia Post's 'attempt' to call me was so short my phone didn't even ring – I just received a standard text message from my provider saying I'd missed a call. My phone was in my hand the entire time. About as useful as their 'we tried to deliver your package but nobody was home' slips that they leave at your door while you're at home waiting for their delivery.

By the time I got to the phone it stopped ringing (4 rings) but no message left. From other comments it appears to be Australia Post. I suspect it is in response to a complaint. I did ask that the response be by email as I live in a regional area where the only option of everything is via wireless internet meaning phone connectivity is very poor and regularly drops out. Well read the message Australia Post, 'email'! The complaint was about a delivery of 3 parcels, only 1 was addressed to me, the other two for other addresses in the street, one 50m and the other 300m away, hopeless.

Hung up as soon as I answered. I also have complaints in with Australia Post so it wouldn't surprise me that they were calling, except that I requested a email reply. Still, another stuff up is to be expected from Australia Post. Assuming of course that it is them calling, since the caller didn't say anything and hung up when I answered.

Caller: Aussie post Legit call back if you filed a complaint. Didn’t expect a legit call since I complained only a few hours earlier! Chalk one up for Aussie post.

Correct - this is Australia Post following up on a complaint I made about overcharged postage. Therefore a legitimate call, a resolution was provided.

Caller: Australia Post Australia Post called to acknowledge the issue of a parcel left in a totally unsuitable location in plain view of the street in bright orange packaging that was unsurprisingly missing when i arrived home. Then suggested that it was worthy of me lodging a Police Report should i so chose ??? Also trying to suggest i should reach out to the sender for some kind of resolution.
That's a hard NO Australia Post do better with your drivers.

Caller: Aus Post I not only always request email, I've advised them several times that I have slow cognitive speed from an impairment, and can't easily follow conversations in real time. Now I will answer their emails, but not the phone. These haven't been emergencies, but my complaints about their inflexible policies regarding my impairment-related situation. In the end I said they were acting in bad faith toward me, and refuse their calls, won't visit the local post office. The only things I could say about the guy there would be grounds for libel so I'm not saying anything about him.

Caller: AusPost I raised an issue for a missing parcel earlier and today I received a call from this number. The lady asked if I had received the parcel. I answered no - and then she said "ok, I'll email you. Have a nice day" and hung up on me. The call finished in a blink of eye.
