Same thing. I have a formal complaint with Australia Post re damage to "a
do not bend" envelope which they bent and jammed into my letter box.
As per other comments, i answered but they hung up. I am not calling them back , why should i pay for the call. No message left. Shame on you Australia Post. I shouldn't even have an issue if your postmen/women did their job properly and took resposibility of their action. DON'T BEND MEANS DON'T BEND.
