constant phone calls, no message left. Blocked number

Caller: Exhaust fan draft stopper company

They keep bugging me from this company that sells exhaust fan draft stoppers. What's baffling is they rang me up from a different number (03) 9125 4139) just 30 minutes ago. I mean, saying 'no' once should be enough, right? They must be having a good laugh annoying folks like this.
I've also received calls from:

(03) 9125 4122)

I don't know who they are, they're not on my list of contacts and did not leave a message so I blocked the number.

also using these numbers 6 times today, should have a few days off now and then multiple calls again in a few days.

No message left from either (03) 9125 4122 or (03) 9125 4129. Both calls were within an hour of each other. Did not call back.

Keep calling and when I answer they hang up
