Did not leave message. From Vic but I’m in another state

No idea who this is, but it is the 6th call with the preceding digits 91254xxx today! My wife is also getting them. They ring briefly then hang up. I rang this particular number 91254129 back on an unlisted phone and got a recorded message saying "the number you have dialled is currently unavailable!" So another one to add to my blocked calls list.

Call made at 6pm evening, did not leave message, appears to be (03) VIC no. but could be anywhere, expect scam call.
