I have been getting calls from this number (Optus sales) every second day or so for a couple of weeks, even though I answered one and declined their services.

This number has been calling me at least 3 or 4 times a day for almost 3 weeks. Is there any way to stop this if you are an Optus customer?

Got a missed call on my mobile. Good that I was able to look up the number on this website and know not to answer if it happens again.

The company as stated previously is Oceania Customer Interaction Services, an outsource affiliate of Optus... Let's just say if they call again, and I have the chance to answer, they will get a better understanding of Australia's right for free speech!

This number tried callin me as of Friday an again today I answered to see if I would hear anything but I didn hear nothin so I hung up! I want to call back off a private number to see who the he'll it is I'm over this sh*t!

Got a missed call from this number, and after reading this, I remembered answering it a couple of weeks back and was hung up on... At least now I know its nothing to worry about just Bloody annoying!

I had the same number call me this morning. If it is optus I'll be annoyed because last year they called me every day for 3 months until I told them that if they didn't stop calling me I'd switch providers.

I let this go to voice mail because I think it's Optus marketing. They never leave a message. And just keep ringing, even after work hours and on Sunday. Soooo annoying. I think they should either leave a message or stop calling after 3 ignored calls.

This number calls, but phone only rings once or twice, so dont even get a chance to answer. Very frustrating - I'm also with Optus...

who would ring b4 9am on a weekend, shame i missed it

I had this problem a few months ago and now it has started again. Back then i answered once and they hung up...not answering this time. They manage to call me atleast once every day.

My wife is getting calls, I answered -they asked for her by name. Today they rang- she answered, they hung up. Not happy Optus ( if it is you)

This number is annoying me so bad, every day for the past 2 weeks! I don't answer it, but they just keep calling! Get a hint, geesh.

I have received several missed calls per day for the past few weeks from (03) 9009 6600.
Not only are they calling and not leaving details it is almopst like a prank call with the ammount of times they call per day. Definately telemarketing SCAM!
