    I have been getting these calls as well on both my mobile and home phone. They have been ringing every day. I would love to know how to stop this!

    I answered a call from this number, only to be asked by the heavily accented woman if I was currently sleeping. She identified herself as calling about some Optus products I may be interested in. I told her I was not, but have had missed calls every day since. So frustrating!! Does putting them on the "do not call" register work?

    Got a call from this number, a female claimed that she's from Optus, and tried to sell me new Optus mobilephone service related products. I just kept telling her I am not interested and she eventually she hung up. She was very polite, but so hard to understand her with the Indian accent and noisy background.

    I have set OCIS as a contact and added the two numbers, then have my phone set to divert calls from this contact direct to voicemail.

    i been getting calls from this number since yesterday i tryed to keep them on the phone for as long as i could but all they tryed to do is get me internet and a land phone they got sh#t faced when i said i was with tpg and they still have the nerve to call me at 7.30 in the morning

    They now use 03 ) 9009 6647 as well. Call everyday around same time. Said she was from OCIS for Optus. Simply said not interested and told her not to call again and have blocked the number.

    They have called me On an average once or twice a week. Usually I just talk to them about my relationship troubles and my clinical depression and then they will say to me they will call back later. I think they are going to put a tick next to my name and say 'let's not call this guy'.

    Either way it's just people wanting to make money.

    These guys have called me constantly for the past month but my phone is off during the day. As I'm on the "Do Not Call register", I can now report them. Thanks for this info.

    Read about the company behind the outsourcing for Optus. It maybe a success story for the outsourcing company but it is annoying for many customers:

    This company calls in the middle of the business day without even asking if you have time to talk. The call starts as a customer relations call and then turns into a hard sell.
