The guy said he was from NAB and was asking for Janelle someone. He said he'll list my number as a wrong number.

Got a call from (03) 8872 2000 and the man other end was asking how is my finances, purpose of using this NAB account, if I am happy with their services or not? Though he was polite, it seemed suspicious and I didn't go into details. Just said I am OK with my account and don't need anything at this moment. The man said to contact NAB if I need anything. Out of curiosity I googled the number and found heaps of similar incidents.

I guess, NAB is trying to give better customer services but having a wrong approach results a negative response from many clients...making the effort useless. They should review the whole process. it's not good idea to call a client asking for personal details out of no where...then from NAB point of view..they don't even know the number they are calling is still belong to the client.

Was a very important call that I have been waiting for from the NAB, from my Business Banker, about a business loan that I applied for. This was not an unsolicited call.

This is NAB. They called me at 10pm EST. This should be reported as harrassment@

Call from NAB for financial planning services.

This is one of NAB's external dialling numbers. It could be anything from outbound sales, collections, fraud confirming a transaction made on your credit card, you lending advisor calling back about your home loan.

I am not a NAB customer and they keep calling my work number and wont leave a voicemail

I get calls from this number every time I fall behind with loan re-payments. I just ignore them, if they want to inform me of something they can SMS or email me!

I saw the imcoming call from the number (03) 8872 2000 but I was busy. Then I show the number to a NAB to see if they had called me, she said that number belonged to Melbourn State and I should be careful with a call asking for information about bank account.

I am on the do not call register - if I get one more call from this number - I will be reporting them to the police for harassment.

A gentleman with a very strong Indian accent called me and asked me for my plans. He stipulated that the NAB is calling all the customers, a few million of them to ask customers about their plans. I believe it is a scam and would appreciate if you blocked this number and advised the NAB of this scam.

Ha its probably trashy marketing/sales calls. Seems to be the only reason they call me. Ive had 2 calls (in a row) a day for the past few days, and doesnt leave a message like with everyone else. Might pick up/hang up to see if it satisfies the wacky caller machine you guys mention.

Called yesterday and hung up when I answered. Called today to ask if I was happy with my finance set up but caller was very awkward. Had me suspicious! .

NAB ring me at tokentools.com.au all the time because my phone number is 1300 881 991 but their IBM helpesk number is 1300 881 331 so the NAB staff are always calling asking for help desk support. One day I may just put on my best accent and give some helpdesk support LOL

NAB there keen to get hold of you when they have an issue but when we do they stuff you around...so typical..

NAB calling non stop all day for the last 5 days. I've received calls from 8am to 9pm it's redicoulis it's starting to worry me...
