I keep getting a call from this number (03) 8872 2000) and apparently its from NAB. The thing is, I don't have an account with them

NAB checking a potentially fraudulent transaction on my credit card. Thankfully it was a legitimate transaction, and the call was followed with a text asking me to call them so I was comfortable dealing with them. It's a main outbound number for NAB so the calls can be for a whole range of reasons.

I recently started Nab trading, After a very successful first week of trading I cashed out about 2.5k. 1 day later ( and me not logging back on to nab trade ) I was told there is 2 fees of 14.95 or something like that amount that was processed but had not been cleared before I removed all my " winnings ". So roughly $30. This was the case however. I removed my money as soon as I clicked sell shares. I must have done it so fast before the funds for selling can be taken from my account. I stated to the caller that I would correct this in the next couple days as I didn't have Internet access where I currently was. ( camping and barely had phone reception but got this call ) I was rudely told that I had to do it NOW. Or I would be charged $100 fee as well as interest for this I said I can't do it ( reason above ) I was then told I had 3 working days to fix this or the fees above will be charged ( DAILY FEES OF $100 ) After getting home I got on the net but couldn't find these apparent fees listed anywhere. I then checked my email and had received 10 emails in the 3 days demanding the return of the $30 odd dollars. Me being me thought bugger them. They can wait until the morning as it was after 5 pm 8am the next morning the phone calls started again (03) 8872 2000 6 calls by 11 am all answered and all by this BEN person from nab. I finally paid the fee about 12 pm. No more calls. This was a week ago now. I understand that yes this may have been my error for removing my funds from nab trade to my nab main account too quickly but I'm sure it could have been handled way better than the rude calls and emails I received. I am now in the process of changing to commonwealth bank.

Got a call from that NAB number. The man ID as from NAB, asking for lots of investment stuffs but I was sketchy toward it. When the man asked for DOB, I asked: if he tells me the date, I tell the month and he can tell the year (good way to verify ID). He said he is not allowed to reveal details - but he asked for details - so annoying.

I have a prepaid phone account and mysteriously a large chunk of my balance was missing after taking a call from this number claiming to be NAB. The phone operator was just keeping me on the call, which was bloody annoying and I suspect milking me with a premium call somehow

Nuisance caller hung up without speaking as soon as I answered the phone. When I called back to complain I got just a taped voice telling me it was NAB group, and a suggestion I go online to find which arm of the group I was after? I have an account with these morons and have always found their call staff - especially phone banking - rude and unhelpful. But calling just to hang up on me isn't just rude, it's totally unprofessional.I called 'customer service', was told it was a call to check I was happy with my NAB account?! Really? Running out of patience, NAB.

NAB- have explained that I have anxiety relating to the phone, I have explained this to them numerous times but they wont stop calling (this and other numbers). I have provided NAB with an over view of my condition yet they will not modify their communication method. I now dont answer my phone and am considering cutting it off.

Rang NAB to there online customer number 132265. The person who helped me said that he could not find this number on his list. He also said that NAB would not hang up on a call if a customer said they were going to record the conversation also. Sus call.... most likely.

Had 4 calls within 2 hours at work yesterday from this NAB call centre. They try to sell you one of their products. Very annoyed and don't answer their calls anymore

As said it's a NAB call centre but if you call them it answers with a message telling you it is the NAB group & if you want to call them look up the number yourself! Pretty pointless especially if you aren't in Melbourne & are paying for the call!
