I rang nab and thats not one of there numbers they have had many reports on that number there trying to get ur info to hack ur account

If they truly are the NAB they are in deep stuff ringing my phone as I am on the "Do Not Call" list and my listing expires in 3 years.

I get calls from this number about 7 times a day, every time I answer it hangs up, then I get a message saying ""In call please press 1 to continue. Hey(?)." Missed Call Service is free. Call 159 to opt out" from the missed call service.

Hello Everyone! I am absolutely devastated following the behaviour of staff in the NAB Resolve Dept; the so called resolution "specialists" are nothing short of appalling! I have been treated like the perpetrator even though I am the victim of ongoing woeful service from staff members. Approximately 6 weeks ago I contacted the bank with relation to an online purchase of goods which arrived in an unfit state... the staff sat back and did nothing; the case manager close off the complaint simply because he passed the issue from the Resolve Team to the Disputes Team yet failing to advise me that he had done so and nobody had contacted me since! I have had to contact the bank I don't know how many times to chase up the complaint; I have been given the royal runaround; been spoken down to; been hung up on and have simply got nowhere with this organisation. I have lodged complaints but they are simply passed off and let slide; I have not been contacted by the bank either by phone or by mail/email to advise me what needs doing in order to proceed with my complaint. I have also tried to arrange a signature only VISA replacement time; after several days of waiting and keeping an eye on the post nothing arrived hence I contacted the bank with relation to this only to be advised that there was no work order; following this I attempted contacting the bank again the following day to enquire about the status only to have a young lady reconfirm that there was no work order for the replacement card and she gladly arranged for a card to be reassigned...sadly she arranged the wrong card. On contacting the bank once again yesterday I spent several hours going around in circles; again being given incorrect information and finally being hung up on by a so called Team Leader. On contacting the call centre again I respectfully requested speaking with another Team Leader who could see that the staff had given me incorrect information and that the work order had been placed but unfortunately had gone "missing"; we made an arrangement and I was PROMISED a call back from one of his fellow managers a call back at 8:30am this morning....but you guessed it...It didn't occur! I was called late and when I expressed my dissatisfaction I was advised that I was being difficult and was once again transferred to the NAB Resolve Team where I was advised that a commercial decision had been made and that the relationship was "no longer tangible" and as such all my accounts would be closed within 14 days; on asking why this was I was advised told that the NAB did not need to give me any reason for the decision and on pushing the after further was told that I was a "nuisance" customer who "continues to make complaints"... My dear friends of this support group...could you please advise me as to where I should go from here and what you suggest I should do in order to have the bank revoke its unreasonable and unsubstantiated decision to close all of my accounts! I beg for your assistance in this matter especially as I need to have something put into place before all my account s are closed in 14 day from today! Many thanks for taking the time to read my post!

Yes the Aussie sounding guy called me as well asking to speak to my wife about her account , we only have joint accounts, as soon as I said that he hung up without an explanation, a word of advice banks don't call unless you ask them to, dodgy dodgy dodgy, I've spoken to the branch manager of Sydney NAB who is following it up, lets hope for results

I get these cause daily. Firstly like everyone else no message. 2nd it drains my mob battery as it's non stop. Call the number no answer. Call NAB no record. Who should I charge for calling back bogus numbers because I get charged to call. Wish they stop. What happen to having silent numbers if it's passed on everywhere when filling out important forms. Now installed answering machines and if numbers are not recognised then not answered. Let's play their f'n games. DH whoever you represent.

does anyone still get these phone calls? i've been getting the calls for almost a month now, always hang up when I picked up the calls. the problem is, i'm not a NAB customer.

I get these calls regularly. Their information is not correct and they are unprofessional. They must always say they are recording the call when the call commences. In my case they said this only once I told them I. Wouldn't discuss this type of info over the phone. I called the NAB from their actual service number and they say that this is not one of their numbers and there is no record of the call. Do not give them any information.

Called me this morning and left a blank voicemail. I called back and there was a recorded message saying "You've called the NAB group of companies, to contact the particular company you are looking for, please go to www.nabgroup.com.au for their direct number. If a company wanted to call me then I don't understand why they would go through a 3rd party call centre.

Recently got a home loan through Homeside (division of NAB). Have had several calls nearly every day for past week or so. Started answering them but no response from caller. Now I hang up without answering. Quite frustrating. .

I have been receiving quite a lot of calls from the above number. I answer and it/they just hangs up. If it is legitimate then why don't who-ever rang say something. If they are chasing money then all I can say is this, you stupid fools, talk to me! I am not late on the credit card payment, in actual fact it is ahead so to speak of!
